ttravis 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2018 I am trying to upgrade Nitro Pro 11 (version 11.0.8.470) to Nitro Pro 12, but the upgrade website (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) gives me an error message that says: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. I'm copying/pasting the serial number straight out of the "About Nitro Pro" window in Nitro, so it's not a typo, and it's able to locate the license on this page no problem: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal (Version: 11, Status: active, Number of Activations: 1, Number of Activations Allowed: 2) Any idea what might be causing the issue? To address this issue, I made few adjustments on that license so you now should be able to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
