SETUP FAILED ON NEW DELL LAPTOP

I try to install Nitro Pro 12 Upgrade on the brand new Dell Inspiron 17" 5000 Series Laptop, but it always fails (Msg: Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed).

Below is my laptop configuration:

Processor: Intel i7-8550U CPU @1.80GHz  1.99GHz

Installed RAM: 16.0 GB

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows O/S: Windows 10 Pro

Version: 1803

OS build: 17134.471

Any help to solve this problem will be appreciated.
