Nitro Pro 6.2 cannot convert any word/excel docs

Hi,  I appreciate 6.2 is a very old version and there's probably nothing to be done, but I've a customer still using 6.2 

Any conversions at all fail with "There was a problem during creation, the PDF was not created".

We've got Nitro Pro 6.2.1.10 on a few Windows 7 x64 machines and this is happening to all of them.

I'd try reinstalling but obtaining installation media for this version is basically an adventure through malware laden Russian file sharing sites.

Is there anything I can try/somewhere I can get installation media?

You're correct, Nitro Pro 6 is very old and I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

Thanks Allain, that's very helpful. I just wish we could convince the customer to spend the money to use a newer version!
