Digital signature problem

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
-The Nitro Pro build you're working with (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-Does this happen with every file? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

Nitro Pro paid version 12.16.3.574.

same error started as noted above.  after i restar windows problem goes away until i go to sign another doc.  not fatal but very inconvenient.  I would have stuck with adobe and paid their cost if they would offer it in my country.

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
-Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end.
