I have submitted a crash report three times with my email. I have not received an email response. I have uninstalled Nitro Pro 12 and reinstalled it, but it still does the same thing. Power User Steven Zakulec Posted December 20, 2018 Power User Report Share Posted December 20, 2018 If you can submit a ticket here: (https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket ) with the files (if it's more than one file, zip them all together and attach that), that's probably the best way to get it fixed. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?: -The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab -Does this happen when combining digitally-signed PDF documents? If yes, would it be possible to send us the some sample files (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end? -Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
