Comment bubbles Showing when viewed on Adobe reader after adding Watermark

I have a document that I have added a Watermark to in Nitro Pro. When I send it to a user, as well as the watermark, the person sees comment bubbles for all the comments on the document. When I send the PDF without the watermark the comments bubbles don't show. I would like to be able to send the doc with the watermark but without the comment, bubbles appearing when it is opened by someone using adobe reader.
