Submit a form on iPad

Hi 

I am hoping someone can help me, I am trying to create a simple survey form to send to a group of iPad users. The form itself is not issue, nut I am trying to add a simple "submit form now" button, that when clicked sends the completed form to an email address.

I am currently using Nitro Pro 10, but seem to be unable to do this. Everything else works fine, check boxes, fields to be completed, but it has to be manually emailed.

Can anyone please help?
