L B
Nitro Pro 12 - Windows 10 Pro Nitro Pro displays boxes instead of letters for a bunch of PDFs from GoG.com. MS Edge browser is able to show the PDFs correctly - hence I think the problem is with Nitro Pro or with Nitro's font substitution. Bug? How to fix? Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted December 21, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted December 21, 2018 Hello @Litro, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Yes you're correct. This is issue could be related to custom fonts that Nitro Pro is unable to recognize. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -The build of Nitro Pro 12 you are working with (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab -Does this happen with every file? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end -A copy of the custom font the PDF file is using for testing as well. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
