Followed All the Prompts, Access was denied

I followed all the prompts and all the prompts kept telling me the access is denied. I still can't get Nitro to load. Can you please help

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-Did you follow the steps in this article where you keep on getting 'Access Denied' message?: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/failed/000003265
-Are you logged as the Administrator on your machine?
-Have you tried reboot your machine?
