Liz-GA Posted December 29, 2018 Report Share Posted December 29, 2018 I just Bought NitroPro12 after 10 days of a trial usage. I was discouraged to find that a PDF that was created in July using another product does not display correctly in NitroPro. The text is garbled and/or missing throughout the document. When I open the same document in Adobe Reader, the document is fine. I have tried rebooting my machine since the install. No change. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Does this happen with every file? Please send us the sample files (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end -Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to open?
