ERRORS: Service does not have sufficient privileges & 65-: Error File nlssrv32.exe is not current version

Nitro Pro v8 was working fine, suddenly it gave me the error message:  Service does not have sufficient privileges.  Reinstall.

I reinstalled and now I have the same problem with the addition of 65-: Error File nlssrv32.exe is not current version.

Nortons says there are no viruses as does Malware Bites.  I have checked the windows install  (Win7) everything is fine, nothing there.

Went into Services and the NitroPDFDriverCreatoReadSpool8 is Started/Automatic  Is, there anything else required or needed to be on within Services that might be off or on manual I could look for?

Any suggestions would be helpful
