Printing to pdf aborted

I just had to install the new Nitro 12 (i was happy with v.11 but i have a new computer and Nitro would not allow me to transfer the license). 

I have tried to print an excel spreadsheet to pdf; every time the document spools and then says "aborted" with no further explanation.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-Does this happen with every file? If it's a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end
-Where are the files saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to convert? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?

its a local file (excel).  This is the only file i have had a problem with - other word documents converted fine.
