cannot install Nitro Pro 10 on a new computer windows 10

I have a new Dell xps 15 computer and I was thinking to re install my PDF nitro PRO 10 Licence, but it was not possible. So I was wondering if someone a a solution for that.

I already checked the following post about that issue (http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/failed/000003265) but when I'm trying to do that, it doesn't work. (see image attached)

So is there another solution to that issue ? Does someone could kindly give me a solution ?
