Menu Items Not Working Pro 12 Windows 10 & VIP Access Not Working

I am trying to access all my Menu items (Home, Protect, etc.) in Pro 12 version and the program is not allowing me to click on them and utilize them.  It's almost like the menu options are frozen or locked out.  I am a VIP Access user and tried to put in a ticket today.  I input my serial # and it says I'm not a VIP Access user, although my invoice shows I am and I paid the fee.  We need to get this corrected ASAP so that I can use the program.  Thank you.
