mgause
Hi, Several pages in pdfs I'm viewing fail to to fully load. They have incomplete text or missing graphics. When I reduce the page view size to 25%, they are fully visible but too small to be legible. I thought I might be missing an update, but when I select the "Check for Updates" option, I get a message saying "There was a problem connecting to Update Service. Please check that you are connect to the Internet and try again." I have confirmed that I am connected to the internet, but I continue to get the message and am unable to access updates. Thanks, Marshall
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 2, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 2, 2019 Hello @mgause, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 12, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF reader. You can learn all about some of the features here: https://www.gonitro.com/resources/videos With regards to Check Update not working, this is currently unavailable because our development team disabled it and haven’t bring it back. As much as I would like to provide you when this feature will be up again, there is no ETA from their team. You can find our most up to date versions posted at our website here and you need to visit this page from time to time: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 If the page didn't load, visit http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and search for 'Locating Installer Links for Retail (Online) Customers'. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
