info@generagroup.ca Posted January 2, 2019 Report Share Posted January 2, 2019 My program Nitro Pro 11 often freezes and or is in searching for connection mode or goes black and then comes back or shuts down completely and then what I was working on is lost. I now continually save each screen I am working on in case. When I go into the Nitro Pro site and try to enter product number it says it is unknown. I confirmed with Cleverbridge who I bought it through the accuracy of key number. There does not appear to be any other way to connect for support for me. Thank you for any guidance you can offer. You can run a repair on your Nitro Pro 11 installation. The instructions can be found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 If that doesn't work, please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.
