Is there a way to have a signature always include the Timestamp vs me clicking the button on each signature?

Thank you,

Joanne

Hello @JMTQT,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you just confirm if you are using QuickSign (Home tab) or Digital Signatures (Protect tab)?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

I go to Share and then request signature. I am sending documents to my client to sign. There is usually 50 -60 pages that need signing.

Hello @JMTQT,

Thanks for your response and for providing your workflow.

The best way to help you with your concern is to create a template but would need to start from Cloud each time:

To create templates, please refer to this article: https://www.gonitro.com/user-guide/cloud/article/create-a-template

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
