Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 3, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 3, 2019 Hello @Rick Carruth, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! It seems to me you would like to set your Nitro PDF Creator to be the default printer. To set Nitro PDF Creator as your default printer, please refer to these steps: 1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers. 2. Right-click Nitro PDF Creator, and then click Set as default printer. (You'll see a check mark on the printer's icon signifying that it's now your default printer.) If this didn't help, please provide more details of what you would like to achieve. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 3, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 3, 2019 Hello @Rick Carruth, Thanks for your response and patience. Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, you can download and install the latest version of Nitro Pro 9 from here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 If the page didn't load, visit http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase and search for 'Locating Installer Links for Retail (Online) Customers'. If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874 Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 12 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade and just enter your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
