MberwinJr 1 Report post Posted January 4, 2019 What am I missing? I have a text document that I'd like to highlight many parts in several different colors, each color signifying something different. I see where I can highlight (in yellow), then right-click, and change the color. But to do that on hundreds of items is tedious. Is there a general preference to set the highlight color, highlight those parts that I want to be blue for example, then change and highlight other parts green, etc. ??
