eagan
Is there an easy way to highlight and delete some text , such as deleting 2-3 lines of a paragraph once you have typed / saved and reopened the pdf Also how do you move a bunch of text or paragraph from one area of page to another after you have typed / saved and reopened the pdf? Also when I adj the zoom level on one page to say 125 and then go to another page it reverts back to say 100 or 90% and I have to keep adjusting the zoom Is there a way to lock the zoom level in the whole document? Power User Steven Zakulec Posted January 9, 2019 Power User Report Share Posted January 9, 2019 Questions 1 & 2: the Edit button on the far left in between Hand & Zoom is how you'll usually do this. This lets you edit any text boxes on the page- you'll move your mouse over text on the page, and you'll see a blue box representing the text box that text is in. If you want to move or delete that entire box, just click on the blue box itself, then cut & paste or just press Del to remove it. If you instead double-click inside the box or on any text, you'll be editing the text there, and you can then highlight whatever you want. There's no Zoom lock that I am aware of. eagan
thx for the info. I guess its takes a bit to get use to as I tried moving and sometimes the I could do and sometimes not. I also found that when I copy a paragraph of text and try to paste to another page in the pdf sometimes there is no paste line when I right click it. I go to select/ text , the highlight text/ copy with formatting - then when paste to another page in the pdf sometimes there is no paste line when I right click it thx for any ideas
