I have obtained our license # from when we purchased that and it won't allow me to activate Nitro Pro 12 using that license #. Help! To upgrade, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your Nitro Pro 6 serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 12 serial key and installation files.
