AS1
Hi Team, I have a licensed full version of Nitro Pro 11 but suddenly beginning of Jan onwards I am unable to open the program. I have tried 'Run as Admin' but all in vain. When I try opening the program, all I get is the icon on the windows taskbar (Windows 10) and nothing else happens. Could you please help? thanks AS
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 10, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 10, 2019 Hello @AS1, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! This is a common scenario when multiple monitors are being used. When Nitro Pro is opened on a monitor that is later disconnected, it won't default to a current "active" display which causes Nitro Pro to display on the missing monitor. Kindly try these steps: 1) Focus on Nitro Pro by clicking on it on the Taskbar. 2) Press the Windows key + Left/Right arrow until Nitro Pro appears. If above doesn't help, please provide me with the following: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you're aware of before this happened? -What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features (format is 11.X.X.X) -Are any other users able to replicate the issue, or is it just the one computer / user? Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Cassidy
Hello, I also have a licensed full version of Nitro Pro 11 and it is doing the same thing. It was working just fine and then it just stopped. Unfortunately, the first option did not work to fix the problem. My build is 11.0.7.425. It is just the one computer that is having the problem. Please help!
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 17, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 17, 2019 Hello @Cassidy, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Since the first option I offered didn't help, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 If that still didn't help, kindly update to 11.0.8.470 using these offline installers: x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874 Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
