David Rhead Posted January 10, 2019 Report Share Posted January 10, 2019 Hi, I'm trying to install Nitro Pro 12 and I'm getting an error with activating the license stating that I've reached the "maximum number of installations for this license". I have checked and there is still a large number of licenses available and I have already received some support telling me that it's due to the Computer ID not being generated correctly. I've followed the support steps of making sure NetBIOS is enabled and to uninstall and re-install and then try to activate again but I still get the same error and when I check the Computer ID it is still all 0's.
