022: Error - Wrong license number

I had to refresh my computer which wiped all my applications and files.  I'm trying to reinstall Nitro using the activation serial number that I was provided in an email received from cleverbridge on 5/31/17.   I'm getting error message -22: Error - Wrong license number.

 

BTW - I tried the Activation Portal but it didn't work.  It says the following:

Serial Number xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx
Version 11
Status active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed

2

When I hit deactivate it says - Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices

 

Can you please help me activate Nitro?

Thanks for reaching out to us! 

The error 22 message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

Please get the correct version 11 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
