David Cohen
Everytime I reboot my PC, and try to open a PDF in Nitro Pro 10, I get an error message that says I have to reinstall. I found that when I right click on the Nitro Pro icon and click on "Run as Administrator," Nitro will open. I'm getting tired of having to do this almost daily. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thank you.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 11, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 11, 2019 Hello @cohenville, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! With the release of Nitro Pro 12, please be informed that we no longer support the version (Nitro Pro 10 and below) of your Nitro Pro as per our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy that is why we highly recommend you to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 from our website https://www.gonitro.com/pricing If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 12, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF reader. You can learn all about some of the features here: https://www.gonitro.com/resources/videos Alternatively, if you prefer to keep using Nitro Pro 10, running it as a Administrator is the only work-around available at the moment. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
