plaird
On 12/22/2018 I purchased the Nitro Pro 12 Productivity Suite, Single User-Perpetual License. At the time, I did not purchase the optional "Product Updates" option for $29.99. Does this mean that I am not eligible for any updates to Nitro Pro 12. If so, This is highly unusual. I have never purchased any software that did not receive updates to the version which was purchased. I understand that I would not be eligible to an "Upgrade" to version 13. Your help is appreciated. At the moment, we’re currently setting up an online system that will allow only minor updates to all customers but any major updates or upgrades to a different version will require Product Updates or VIP subscription. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
Nicola De Ieso
@AllainU Hi Allain, I have purchased the optional "Product Updates" packet alongside the license. So, I can upgrade to version 13 when will be available sometime in the future? Thanks
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 4, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 4, 2019 Hello @nicos18, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Update or Updating is when a newer build is released of the same software version you are currently using. For example, if you had Nitro Pro 11, with build 11.0.3.173 installed, you can then update to 11.0.8.470 (the last version for this version). So if you didn't purchase Nitro VIP Access, you can't upgrade to Nitro Pro 13 when it becomes available. Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
