Wanting to Upgrade - Serial Number not being accepted

I have NitroPro 9 and would like to upgrade to the newest version. I've entered the serial number of my older product to do that, in order to get the newer software at a discounted rate, but says it can't verify the serial number. I'm taking it directly from my receipt. 

How do I go about upgrading at the reduced rate for previous versions?

Hello,

I have the same problem. Wanted to update 2 license numbers. The first succeeded. When i want to upgrade the second it says:

 'We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly.

If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.'

I have the same problem, the serial number is not recognized. I've entered it correctly, directly off the disc jacket. I have a screen shot of me activating the product using the same serial number: NPP8-xxxxx-xxxxx-F6BB.  What is the cost to upgrade to the latest version of Nitro Pro.
