Opening aspx files

Hi

We recently upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 (server edition)  and we have 1 user who is unable to print .aspx files as a PDF.  There is no option to make Nitro the default PDF under Firefox settings for aspx files - all other pdf related file extensions have been changed to reflect Nitro as default.

For the website concerned (Aust Tax Office) we need to use Firefox.  All other 10 uses do not experience this issue.   Our IT dept has uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro Pro but it has not fixed the issue.

Currently the 1 user  needs to download the aspx document and access it through temp files and then extension is changed to pdf.  The document then opens in Nitro as normal.  Obivously this is a more time consuming way of printing aspx documents, especially when multiple files are involved.

Is there an easy fix?

Thanks
