Nitro 11 Page Rotation not working when printing

Hello

I have one user with Nitro 11 who gets pages cut off when printing. While investigating it appears the the problem is with pages in landscape orientation not rotating to fit the paper when printing, even though Rotate and Center option is selected in Print dialog, If pages are manually rotated before printing the document prints fine. Other users with Nitro can print it fine as well. Here are the steps taken so far.

1. Tested on multiple printers

2. Updated drivers/reinstalled printers

3. Updated Nitro to latest version

4. Clean uninstall/re-install Nitro

Thanks for this information.

It's odd you're experiencing this known bug in 11.0.7.411 while you're working with 11.0.8.470 and it should have been fixed.

I believe you updated from 11.0.7.411 to 11.0.8.470 and there are still traces of the old version so to further troubleshoot, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

I need this information so I have an idea of the properly installer you need to use.
