Licence deactivation

Good day to you,

Due to a technical issue, the computer I was using wasn't able to deactivate the Nitro 11 license I was using. Currently, I have no access to it. After looking at your website, I was able to find this link:

https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

But, when I enter my license I receive the following message: Please contact the Nitro Support Team to deactivate devices belonging to this serial number.

Is there an email address I can contact or maybe someone to PM to deactivate my license on my old device. This should allow me to activate it on my new device.
