When he is connected to our network, he can open any files just fine. he also syncs certain network folders to his laptop for offline use. when he is offline, nitro will not load any of the files. I get no error messages, just a blank nitro page with nothing loaded. I can open these same files in adobe just fine. If I go online, the files load perfectly. Any ideas? You're correct because I have never seen this issue before. For now, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 If that didn't help, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of the affected Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112)?
