Nitro Pro activation and licence tracking issues

Dear all,

 

We are currently experiencing some issues with the activation of our Nitro Pro 12 products. By our internal tracker we should have about 85 free spaces within our licence, when looking at the Nitro portal there are about 110 free spaces. First if w could get a more accurate count, it would be greatly appreciated.

The larger issue is that in some cases after installing Nitro Pro 12 we are unable to activate it and we get Error 23 stating that all licences are used up.

 

We already had a ticket regarding the licence count and I was asked to quote that as it might be helpful for further correspondence. That ticket number was 00185349.

Hi @mavih,

Thanks for the update!

I have made a change to the setup of your serial number on the system so you can now activate by going to Help in Nitro > About > Activation > input your Serial number > Activate.

After you activate that machine, please let me know so that I can check the serial again to look for any conflicts.

I have made some changes on my end for you to be able to successfully activate. Please try to activate again using the same serial number and let me know how it works for you.
