The Print function has stopped - says "Ready - n documents waiting"

With a lot of effort, and support (for which i am thankful), I recently sorted out the search function and that works now. But realized that the print function of creating PDF files isn't working. This is what happens.

• I choose the print option to print a document
• Choose NitroPro as the printer (select pages, etc.)
• On clicking print, it asks for file name (as per the setting)
• After entering the name and hitting return, nothing happens; it returns to the original document
• When I try to print again using NitroPro, it shows that a 'n' documents are waiting in the Print dialog (unable to attach the image file - don't see an option in "insert other media")

Using the latest build of Nitro Pro 11, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

I'll create a ticket on your behalf so you can also forward a sample file and the screenshot image.
