jddeforest Posted January 21, 2019 Report Share Posted January 21, 2019 My Nitro keeps crashing when filling out IRS forms. It also randomly places numbers and text in multiple fields. I keep having to save my document after each entry which makes this process take forever. I've been working on my taxes for three days. This is ridiculous! James L. Posted January 27, 2019 Report Share Posted January 27, 2019 I have had the same issues with every IRS form I have tried to fill out. I'm running Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112. Here are a couple of problematic pdf's: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f941.pdf https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f940.pdf Fill out half the fields in the pdf, click save, and Nitro crashes, or else data gets scrambled around all the fields. AllainU responded to me on here to try to fix my problem, but I just didn't have the time to do everything he wanted me to do to get his help. So I had to just muddle through it and get it done because I needed my taxes done ASAP. Couldn't wait. I would contact them here at Nitro and maybe AllainU can help you.
