Searching in Nitro Pro 11.0.3.173

I'm doing a search for a work and the results show 0.  I know the work is there and I can see it.  If I open the same file with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I can find the word just fine.  I have over looked several items with this issue.  Has anyone else seen this issue?
