LaNard
I would really appreciate some help with cutting my time in filling the same several fields in multiple documents. Does Nitropdf have this capability? Thank you very much, LaNard Edited January 23, 2019 by AllainU
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted January 24, 2019 Power User Report Share Posted January 24, 2019 Possibly- if your PDFs have the same form field names, then you can use an FDF (form data file) to fill in the data for you. The article is here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/fdf/000001586 What you want to do is fill out the common fields that are shared by all of the files, then use the Forms tab, Export button to generate a file containing the form field names and answers. To use this, open up one of the PDFs you want to fill out, then use the Import button on the Forms tab, select the FDF file, and then hit okay. If your form fields match the fields from the original PDF, all of your answers will be populated in the PDF.
