I switched laptops and when I go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I could only disable my old laptop license. When I try to set up on my new laptop I only get the option of purchasing again or try for free.

 

what do I do to activate my license on a new laptop?

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
