Unable to Upgrade from Nitro 11 to 12

Hi,

We have 5 licenses with Nitro Pro 11 that we have started upgrading. 4 of the 5 licenses upgraded without issue. The 5th license will not upgrade and gives the following error: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." The serial number used is the only computer that license is installed on and it has been installed without issue for about 5 months. I have not tried resetting the license as I do not want to interfere with the user's experience until we have the license to upgrade.
