Can you please let us know what you are logging into and what error message you are getting? You can include a screenshot so we can have a look at what you are seeing.

Thanks Leslie.  First, would be this forum.  I had to create a new user to start this thread.  I exchanged emails with Cleverbridge and they told me to try this.  I took screenshots of the Nitro Pro 12 for the login.  My email is indisputable as confirmed by Cleverbridge.  When I try to initiate a password reset (from either the program or this forum), I get no response. I don't see a way to upload pictures.  Let me know how to do that. Perhaps there is a post count limitation.
