Hello @VisCom,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

As you can see, we decided to hide your CleverBridge Order Number to security purposes and when I searched it in our system, I didn't receive a result. Are you sure it is the correct one?

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

As a courtesy, kindly uninstall what you installed, reboot your machine and reinstall Nitro Pro 6 using the installers from this page:

http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!

Thank you for your help, because my hard drive crashed I couldn't look to see what version I had on it for Nitro.  You helped by sending me down load link and I followed the instructions and found out my serial number is for version 5 not 6 so it will not activate.  I really like the version I am using and would like to get that program back.  Can you send me a link for Version 5?  Thank you for your help.

Here are the installers for Nitro PDF Reader 5:

32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/professional/archive/55205/nitro_pdf_professional5.exe

I tried both links but the message that shows up tells me to use a program for 64 bit, could the links both be for 32 bit?
