Outlook preview

How can i get a preview in outlook 2010 with nitro pro 12.6.  (Windows 10)

Before this i had nitro 7 and then it was possible to have a preview.

Pro 12.6  is installed as a standard program, but i can not get a preview in my outlook.

 

please help

To address this issue, kindly refer to these steps:
1. Run a repair on Nitro Pro. You may refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641
2. Re-register the DLL file using the following Administrator command (Admin CMD): 

For 32-bit:
regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro\ X\NitroPDFPreviewHandler.dll" 
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro\ X\NitroPDFPreviewHandler.dll" 

For 64-bit:
regsvr32 -u "C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\ X\NitroPDFPreviewHandler.dll" 
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\ X\NitroPDFPreviewHandler.dll"
 
X = the version number of Nitro Pro the user is working with.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-What OS is installed in your computer (Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1 or 10 and whether it is 32-bit or 64 bit)? You can find this by referring to this article: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000930.htm

Nitro 12.0.0.112

Windows 8.1

I did the first step of repairing Nitro and it fixed the preview issue!
