I have a laptop, work computer, a tablet and my phone - all for work. When I purchased the Nitro Pro license I read, that I would have 50 licenses. however, I dont seem to be able to install my Nitro Pro acces on other devices. How do I do? While checking our records, I was able to see that you have purchased a single user license of Nitro Pro 12. A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.gonitro.com/support/eula 'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is not used at the same time as the software on the primary computer.' When I bought the license it told that I would get up to 50 licenses. How do I get two more? Falcon073 Posted February 1, 2019 Report Share Posted February 1, 2019 I can't activate NitroPro on my Dad's laptop. Only the one at the office. It says there's a 2nd install available, but every time I try it it says I've already used both (I haven't). It still shows 1 more license available after these tries. How do I fix? I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. I understand what you say, however it is not clear on your website, that it was only for 1 license. I genuely do work from multiple devices, so am in need for least 2-3 more licenses. Is there any way to know which computer has an active licence (eg, by MAC addresses), instead of checking computer by computer? I want to reuse the licences that are not being used.
