Activation of Nitro 12 does not work after computer upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded my PC and cannot activate the product since then.

Tried the self-activation portal but it does not work.

Get an error saying you can only deactivate 0 licenses or so.

Please assist.

I made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro license so you can proceed with the software activation. 
Could you please check again?
