Error 23 after Windows update

Hi,

I was having laptop troubles and had to uninstall and reinstall Win10 on two occassions. I didn't realize I'd need to deactivate Nitro Pro before each Windows update, and now I'm told I've maxed out my activation keys. 
My product is a Ntro Pro 11 with 234601-******-******. Please help!
