White Lotus Posted February 5, 2019 Report Share Posted February 5, 2019 Hello, I have Nitro Pro 10.5 installed on Windows 10. There is no other PDF viewer installed nor do I use multipleonitor. It is a home PC. When I click on the program icon or try to open any PDF file Nitro icon appears in the taskbar and a thin orange line appears just above task bar. Nitro does not open itself nor any file. Thumbnail shows nitro is opened. Trief to repair and reinstall multiple times. One time via compatibility wizard. Went to properties, compatibility and clicked 'Run this program in compatibility mode for: Previous version of Windows' Then run compatibility troubleshooter and test installed nitro and rebooted.
