RyanW 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2019 Using Nitro Pro 11.0.8.470 when I print something (from any program, any document) the document sits in the print spooler as "Sent to printer" and the "Nitro PDF Creator" dialog pops up and never progresses. Only canceling it gets anything to go away. I've uninstalled and re-installed 11.0.8.470 several times already. This is on Win7 64 bit w/ SP1 and all current patches. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?: -Is the issue only happening when printing specific webpages using FireFox? Have you tried printing to PDF using IE and Chrome? -Are you also having issue printing to PDF Creator 11 using like MS Office applications, MS Paint, NotePad? -Support Tools file from the affected machine.
