Deactivate Licenses

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how to deactivate licenses, we have a set allocation and recently underwent a computer refresh and as a result all of our licenses are still bound to the old machines which i no longer have access to

Hi, we want to deactivate 2 licenses so that we can reactivate the software on new computers, but your deactivate tool is writing "Please contact the Nitro support team to deactivate the devices belonging to this serial number."
We ask for help
