Dmitry Posted February 28, 2019 Report Posted February 28, 2019 Hi, we want to deactivate 2 licenses so that we can reactivate the software on new computers, but your deactivate tool is writing "Please contact the Nitro support team to deactivate the devices belonging to this serial number." We ask for help
