To upgrade to version 12, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 12 serial key and installation files. I did enter the link you provided but it replied that it did not recognize my serial number (234600xxxxxxyyyyyy, I even added the dashes 2346007-xxxxxx-yyyyyy). I am not against paying for an Upgrade as I have been using Nitro for close to ten years, but I was hoping there is some type of discount for those that wish to Upgrade to Nitro Pro 12.
