PDF to Word Conversion Problem

The Follow error is displayed when I try to convert a PDF document to word  "The PDF file could not be converted. The selected output file is already opened in another application  and cannot be overwritten."  I have checked and nothing is opened. Please assist.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro and its build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112). You can find these out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
-Where is the file saved (local, a shared drive or an external drive) when you’re trying to open? Can you check if you have the same issue when the file is saved locally?
-A screen shot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information. To find out how to take a screen shot, check out this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/screenshot/000001980
-Support Tools file from your machine. Note that if the tool is not found in Help tab, you will need to go to the installation folder of Nitro Pro and open NitroPDFSupportTools.exe: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/support tools/000001594
