I can't open any of my PDF docs from Dropbox?

Is this because of this new collaboration? All my documents are stored on Dropbox and I am receiving some kind of login error. I created an account on Nitro Cloud which I don't want, by the way, and it is still asking me to verify my account instead of opening my document. This is a disaster.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please respond to the following questions:

-How is your DropBox integrated with Nitro Pro, is it by going to File > Open or Save As, or are you just opening PDF files from within DropBox and selecting Nitro to open them with?
-What is the exact error you're receiving with regards to logging in to your DropBox? Could you please take a screenshot of it and share it with me?
